I sell a few things now and again on ebay, I don't usually have any problems.
But currently I'm waiting for payment from a buyer. It's been 6 days since the auction finished and I have had no reply despite sending 2 invoices. I see from their feedback they've done this before, some time ago. I know I can badger ebay.

Send an email to the buyer and if after another week you haven't heard, put in a complaint to ebay through their resolution centre. good luck.

sorry not too good with links but go into Help and type Final Value Fee Credit, I seem to remember ebay will open a case in their Resolution Centre where they ask your buyer for the money, you give the buyer 14 days to pay and if they dont, then ask for your fee to be refunded. You can then go into Help and type Block Bidder. Type their ID name in so they cannot bid from you again. And give neg feedback. Looks like theynhave had it before. Then you can list again. Dont automatically relist as ebay will charge if you do not sell.
