peugeot 306 air con problems

air con has been regased , fault started intemittantly at first but now has not worked since .problems consist of blower not working ,no supply to cabin temp control unit ( which incorperates air blower rotary switch, hot/ cold rotary switch, air con button and recirc button ) , have also noticed loss of rear window demister .Have checked out haines manual but does not cover air con wiring diagrams does mention it shares common earth point .anyone having any diagrams or info on above or location of so called earth point could they please contact me and put me out this torture many thanx !
