Driver (Self Employed/company)
As stated in a previous post I have been offered a job as a parcel courier for two days a week for which I would have to be self employed. I anticipate that the insurance will not be cheap and having been a paid employee all my life I really do not know much about self employment. Could I claim back the cost of the insurance, the fuel, the car tax and the repairs/mot etc if I was self employed. Some people make themselves a "company" would this be a better option?. Any information or any links to enable me to read up on this would be much appreciated.
