I'm having such a nightmare trying to change the bulbs in my kitchen spot lights.
I've tried pushing them towards the ceiling and turning them, and although they do move side to side a little they won't come out. I have had a look on u tube and I've seen the ones that require you to remove a bracket to get them out, but I don't think that's the type I have. I would really appreciate any suggestions as six have already gone and i'm gonna be cooking in the dark at this rate.

What are they, screw, bayonet, halogen ?
Those in my kitchen had a ring clip that one needs to squeeze and remove to release the bulb.
If they're halogen, they might just pull out as they're just on two prongs.

Way to go ^^^^

Please note, Screwfix is not a Dating Site. ;o)

arrrr, thanks guys! I think you are right as I've just remembered that they came with a little suction thing.
@ old geezer, that's the problem they were fitted such a long time ago that I had forgotten what type they were.
@ baldrick lol, it may not be a dating site but a guy gave me his number when I was in there once lol
Have you got a pair of marigolds ... wipe them with a damp cloth and they will help grip the bulb.
Make sure you switch the lights off before you start fiddling.
