My daughter has struggled to buy a car. She bought a Ford Zetec in June this year. Recently it ‘judders’ when driving. She has taken it back to CarGiant and they have admitted there is a problem. They said they are going to rectify the fault. I telephoned a Ford garage and they said the repair is quite a big job which should only be carried by a large dealership. Does anyone see any problems here?
Your contract is with CarGiant and it is up to them to get it fixed. If they cannot do the job themselves they will have to take it to someone who can and sort the cost out with them. Just make sure the car is fixed to your satisfaction when you get it back and insist they put it right if not.
