My battery was flat on my car. I took it off, recharged it, put it back on. The battery is fine and the car turns over but the immobiliser symbol is flashing off and on . The immobiliser won’t let me start the car, what can I do to rectify this

Might there be a code you have to put in? Often when the battery is disconnected the radio will not work till you put a code in - the immobiliser might be the same. Check the handbook.
Google brings up loads of relevant threads which, alas, suggest that you need to get a main dealer (or specialist Honda electrician) to reprogram the ECU. e.g. https://www.civinfo.com/threads/green-immobilizer-shows-following-flat-battery.383730/

Based upon the costs of getting the ECU reprogrammed on my Saab, I suspect that it's going to cost you, say, £200 for the actual programming plus, if necessary, a tow fee to the garage or a call-out fee to a mobile service.
