when to change a cam belt on a rover 25?

Hi,

Does anyone know when to change the cam-belt on a rover 25 diesel.
its currently done 45000 miles also how much should it cost, I've been quoted �188?, I have no history on it so am assuming it's never been changed.

Any other helpful advice would be appreciated.
