1993 Rover 216 cv joint???
I get a clicking noise in from the drivers side front wheel when the steering is in lock either way, plus the steering is a bit wobbly like the wheels are out of balance i reckon cv joint could i be right? if so how much am i looking at to get it fixed?

If the car has been used mostly for straight line driving (motorways etc..) then the joints get worn only in the centre position, the clicking noise is the balls inside the joint jumping from the worn to the unworn part of the joint when turning and this can transfer enough energy to make the steering shake slighty on full lock.
