seat alhambra

Hi, can anyone help me with the following :-
I need the type of anti freeze & the total capacity of my coolining system ( Seat Alhambra).
Plus I need the type of gearbox oil & capacity for my manual seat Alhambra.
The car is a year 2000 1.9TDI.

capacity's are

6.8 lts cooling system
2.2 lts g/box

and i think.(guessing) that g/box oil is VW ATF.
