Xantia warning light - what's the problem.
My T-reg (1999cc petrol) Xantia estate's "STOP" and "(!)" warning lights just came on whilst driving. I don't have the manual, as it was lost by the previous owner. No signs of any real problem YET..
Any ideas what's wrong? Thanks, Jim

This is the neon green fluid that is used to operate your hydraulic system-brakes, suspension, and steering. The LHM tank on a Xantia is under the bonnet and square and green. There's a visual float level on the tank as well- check with the engine running and the suspension height control set to full height, you should see a small disc on a fishing float type thing bobbing between a max and min line. If not, top it up.
Only use LHM fluid-NOTHING ELSE!!!!! Just ask for LHM in any spares shop and they'll know what you want. Head over to http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/viewforu m.php?f=3&sid=8578845e1f437896d8523c389e8effcc for all the Xantia help you could ever possibly need!!
