There is an aunction on E-bay for- CAT C KIA RIO REG 05. Is it worth buying this car?

depends how badly damaged it is and how much it will cost to repair

i have just looked at it on ebay,i would say in my experience it would cost approx �1500 to put back on the road,parts,paint,labour inclusive.

i put a cat D punto back on the road for next to nothing. this category just needs tax and standard MOT test. as far as im aware cat C write-offs require not only fixing, but special MOT test at ministry test station. this will be a super-MOT which is more thorough than a standart MOT. not sure if it costs more but probably does. more than a hassle worth
