vauxhall omega 2.5 v6 problem

im having trouble with my 1996 omega 2.5 v6 its lacking power ive just changed the coil,ht leads and spark plugs before i did this it was misfiring and only running on a few cylinders this seems to be ok now,its just not got any power could it be the fuel filter?

please help?

It,s just a long shot but I had the same problem with a Ford 2.8 V6.

The rear silencer innards had collapsed and over a few days it gradually lost power until it stopped, the silencer innards had blocked the exhaust.
