my punto has just had a new battery on it now its making a noise like a fuse clicking when wipers on or lights could this drain battery help plz

wher is the clicking coming from? is it from the main fuse box? (under steering wheel to the right?) this could be a relay sticking. try swapping same relays over to see if this helps (make sure they're exactly the same)
do they click when the ignition is turned off? if its only when the engine is running, the battery will be charged as it runs and wont affect your starting ability!
