how do i fit fiat punto 1.2 16 valve injectors

i have a 1.2 16valve fiat punto sporting on an s reg it needs the first and last injectors changing i have the parts but was wondering how much of a job it would be

Find out by buying a Haynes Manual from halfords.

for my mk2 punto (not sure if its the same)
disconnect the battery
remove air filter
depressurise fuel line
remove HT wiring (remember sequence)
remove ecu (after disconnecting relevant wiring)
remove 4 bolts holdng throttle body to inlet manifold and remove (dont loose o-ring)
remove quick-release fuel line (pinch 2 sides and pull out)
disconnect injector wiring (yellow connectors)
unscrew 2 bolts holding fuel rail and gently prise out
the injectors can then be removed by sliding off the metal clips holding them to the fuel rail and pulling them clear
