I have the opening scene from a film in my head, but I cannot remember the title- or who was in it!! The film opens with the main character in a police station in america (I think)- as a criminal. His lawyer has got him off of a charge, but his lawyer is a bit of a jerk. He bumps into his lawyer in the corridor. When the character gets outside the police station, you realise that the character has actually pickpocketed his lawyers car keys-he clicks the button on the car keys to activate the remote central locking- and the car that reacts is a silvery sports car- a jaguar I think. He then gets in it and drives off. That is all I can remember... and its been annoying the hell outta me for about a month!!
Sounds amazingly like a scene from ''51st State'', although that's not the start of the film.
Robert Carlyle pickpockets the car keys of a lawyer on his way out of a Police Station and he clicks the alarm to discover it's a silver (I think) Jaguar...
Ive seen that recently, I will have to think about it. yes I remember now it was on Film 4 recently and had Robert Carlisle in it. Also starred that guy from Snakes on a Plane. Cant remember the name of the film though. Sorry.
