Suzuki Vitara Soft top

Afternoon everyone.
I recently bought a Zuki Vitara (g' Plate) soft top. I had a hard top a few years ago and missed the fun that they were to drive in big muddy fields:).
Anyhoo, I was unable to get the drivers manual from the previous owner and am stumped with how you take the soft top roof down.
I don't want to completely remove it but just simply collapse it so I can enjoy some of this lovely sun we're having. :).

Any help would be great. Even if its a link to a pdf, anything would be useful. I've had a go myself and think I can figure it out a little but I would rather admit to being a muppet and have the proper instructions rather than a stubborn muppet with a hole in my roof.
