Fiesta starting problems

I have a Ford Fiesta N reg. I have recently had my keys recut and a master key retuned too.At a Ford dealership. The cars imoboliser light flashed when its not going to start. Stays on when it is going to start, Ford say they can't find anything wrong with imoboliser or wiring. But we have noticed if we don't put the steering wheel in lock position when we park it's more liable to start. Is it to do with the steering column mechanism or are we pinning are hopes on nothing it's cost us �140 so far to try and find fault and lot's of shrugged shoulders.
