Because there's obviously a fault that needs looking into. They may not deploy when required to do so.

Check the seat belt pretensioner connector socket under the front seats.

These are prone to damage from things under the seats and can come loose.

Switch off the ignition, roll oth seats forward and unplug / reattach the socket. Switch on the ignition, start the car and it should clear up.
If it doesn't or you're not comfortable doing it then get to a dealer. (Not a drug one btw :))
