Is it easy to fit a new wheel bearing to my 97 laguna 1.8 RT? How much are they & where can I get 1? it's the nearside thats gone. Many thanks.

Getting one shouldn't be a problem: check out GermanSwedish&French, or Eurocarparts- both on the web. As to fitting it, that depends on your level of skill and experience, and your toolkit! Like most things, easy when you know how and you have the gear....not easy if you're trying to do it with a kitchen knife and a pound shop toolkit.

Got one now. I'm quite competent at most things but not tried this before, should I even bother?

you will need a hydraulic press to fit the bearing into the hub knucle.
