I have a problem with my vauxhall corsa. When it is ticking over everything runs fine but when i drive it along the temperature gauge goes down to 0 and engine management light comes on. I stopped and engine was surging but left it ticking over and things were running normal.

i had a similar problem with my old corsa on mine it was the temperature gauge! it is not an expensive job you could try that!!
