I have a 2007 megane convertible with a glass roof, last week the centre glass panel was smashed by vandles and has since been replaced. HOWEVER every time i go out to the car now all the windows are misted up on the INSIDE with as sort of condinsation or dew!!!! and the leather seats also feel strangly damp!!! Can anyone please tell me why this might be happening?

The symptoms you have definitely indicate water in the car.
If rain got in while the car was damaged it might not have dried out thoroughly, Keep using the a/c and heater and they will dry out V.slowly in this weather.
Worse could be that the new roof is not fitted correctly, if it keeps up and doesn't start to dissipate then I would take it back to whoever repaired it for them to check.
There could be bits of glass blocking the sunroof drain holes, Renaults are prone to water ingress caused by blocked drains but as cheeky says take it back to see if it is fitted correctly.

Are the carpets dry?

thanks for this advice, the carpets aren't wet although the the seats constantly feel damp, which i think is strange as they are full leather! Have had the heater on every time i drive the car since but i doesnt seem to be dryin out! Im pretty sure no water got in the car while the glass was broken as the garage covered the entire roof with sticky plastic to prevent this! I am goin to take it back to the garage on monday now that i have a little insight into possible causes and hopefully get the problem resolved!
