Just bought myself a nice little Vauxhall Corsa Diesel. 4 years old and 30K miles on the clock.
I notice from the service record that in the last 9 months its only done 800 miles.
Is it possible that the mileometer could have been tampered with?
prev Tesco ready mixed Antifreeze- will it be okay for my car?
  
next Is it harmful to "warm a car up"?

Its possible with any car. The new digital mileometers have stopped the casual clocking by the easy turning backwards, but people with the right computer equipment can still mess around with the new ones.

it could be possible if an old lady was driving it and only used it for weekly shopping

the average car mileage is around 6,000 miles
