its bad enough londoners having to cough up �8 a day for the pleasure of driving in london....dodging the bendy buses etc,

i see the admin centre for this is in COVENTRY,

this daft charge of Kens doesnt even employ people in the area it is applicable to!

he has got to go!!!!!!!!

bring on Boris, he cannot do worse?
