Replacing panels on a 2002 Ford Ka

My nearside external door panel and rear offside bumper/arch panel are both rather scuffed. Quotes for repairs are high but have sourced some reasonably priced spare parts to swap in. How do you remove the old parts and fit the new? I'm reasonably good at fixing ang handywork. is it easy enough to do myself? thanks!

im sure the wings and panels on these are welded on, dont know about the bumpers etc ive never changed any of them.
