Hi, I think my car will fail it's MOT this time around and as it's over 10 years old and only worth a few bob I don't think it'll be worth fixing. What options do I have? I have a tax disc until November so can I sell it or will I have to scrap it? Do i need to apply for a SORN or not?

if you want to sell it advertise it on ebay and someone is bound to buy it
why dont you wiat until its mot is due as you never know it might pass!!!
If you scrap it you won't need a SORN.

If you intend to leave it on your property to disintregate you will need a sorn.
