price on banging out a dent on rear bumper

hope you can advise as i dont want to get ripped off..ive just reversed my car into a ballard and its left a nasty dent... can anyone advice me of the approx price i would be expected to pay to get it sorted..

and yes im female (silly cow i know) but uve had experience before and dont want to get fleeced again.

depends on how bad the dent is and what colour the car is.
Sometimes if it's a popular colour its better to buy one ready painted from a breakers yard and have it fitted . Bumpers usually anything upto about �60 painted for a decent 1 which is cheaper than most repairs. If you cant fit it a garage shouldn't charge much as its a fairly straight forward job and should only take 10-20 mins .

i had a nasty dent in my back door got a man out he got it out .. he does dents ..cost 50 pounds ...cant even see it now
