anyone been on the kirklees driver improvment course?

i was in an accident on the motorway in april and it wasn't my fault.....BUT i have been told i have to go on this driver improvment course, otherwise they will take me to court for driving with out "due care and attention" i was just woundering if any one has been on this course??
