key code light has started staying on and now the vehicle refuses to start at my wits end?both keys and ingnition have been coded but still no joy

Was the battery run Flat for some reason? have you run out of fuel causing air in the system? are the keys batteries & contacts in good clean & are they sending a signal to the car?

battery was ok as the van started run for a minute then decided to stop plenty of diesel in brand new key all coded up still no joy? just wondering if the fuel pump fuse has popped but not sure of its location?can you help any further.
