my engine light stays on and is amber the manuel says its a fault with exaust system cant see any leaks wanted to no will changing lambda probe do trick or could it b something else as my car is running smooth

These can be quite a problem at times to remove due to the heat going through the system, check the wires to the Probe first.

If its your engine management light, this will need to be reset after the fault has been repaired.
