Hiya all.

I have a vauxhall vectra c 2002,2.2 16v petrol. It has recently started to run badly- revs jump up/down - spluttering when driving. Still has loads of power though.


any ideas what it is? i thought it could be lambada sensor? its had a new air flow meter last year.

Possibly the coil pack.

Mind you, for either the lambda sensor or coil pack you would probably see the emission light come on.

Any dashboard warnings? If so it needs a check on a diagnostic computer.

No dashboard lights yet..... But has cut out a few times though! And also chucks out alot of smoke on start up.

no mate,ive changed oil,plugs etc within last 2k.
