Where / how can I get a clutch fitted on my Fiat Punto (Y reg) without being totally ripped off? The Fiat dealership want 250, Mr. clutch and Nationwide seem to charge similar. Or am I hopelessly deluded and this is what I'll have to pay?

I think this is average. Best to go to the Fiat dealer if the price is similar to others.
A recon clutch was between 70 and 90 for these and a brand new unit was about 20 quid more
Labour times were 3.55 hours and any decent fiat mechanic should do it in a lot less
I think iy is a good price
TWR we used to do clutches in 40 minutes on the punto!!! its the easiest clutch to replace in history!!! 250 sounds pretty reasonable to me.
