HELP renualt laguna 1.9dci 2001 OIL TROUBLE

i recently changed the turbo cause the turbo was on its way out. cleaned all pipes and intercooler cause it had oil init put it all back toger clean and there is still oil getting in the inlet manifold pipes from the intercooler, any ideas?
cleaned all breather pipes, and egr valve. new oil and filter.

you say you changed the turbo, but you have not said what you replaced it with,
ie, a recon, or a new turbo,.....But my guess is that you have replaced it with a used one....If so, that's your problem,
these renault turbo's are notorious for this kind of failure,
You sound as though you know what you are doing as you have gone for all the right things there,
A leak in the intercooler is known to very often preceed failure in turbo and EGR valve, Then the engine will start drawing oil from the crank case, thus making it impossible to stop the engine by any normal means,putting it in gear and stalling it is then the only way, when you cleaned the intercooler is it possible that you left some residue in there as they are very difficult to dry out,

hi i have changed the turbo for a recon on at a cost of 430 so i hope that is ok. i have taken the inlet pipe of with the engine runing to inspect it and you can see the oil being pushed up the pipe by the turbo compressor,and i defanitly cleaned the inter cooler out propaly as i washed it 2 times leting it soak in petrol for 1 hour each time as petrol avaparates it self no water used.any ideas any one i am stuck

Hi, again,
you have obviously located the origin of the oil flow, which is in the turbo housing,
Now you must ask yourself how it got there,and you probably know the answer allready from that sick feeling you get in your stomach after going to so much trouble and expense,
But the fact is, the oil is getting past the bearing and is then blown up to the intercooler.
Here is an extract from ad number 110383749391. on E/Bay for a brand new unit..
