Points and Disqualification

My husband has a TT99, (2007), and 2x SP30 on his licence (2007 and 2008). Does anyone know where I can get insurance and put him on it? I have search and the cheapest is about £2000. He has never has an accident in the last 11 years that he has had a licence but has always had his insurance on company vehicles (therefore, no NCB). If you have any good advice, please reply.

For all those points and zero no-claims it's probably not a bad price. Try Compare the Market as they let me specify no-claims built up on a company vehicle, all I had to do was provide a letter stating that I had had a company vehicle for x years without incident.
