Nissan Micra 1999 PS stop working

I own Nissan Micra Si 1.0 1999 had a crash few months back as I do body work my self I took all the dents out car is back to its original shape but PS is gone real hard i have checked fuse for power steering but there is none so its look like to me its not electric PS, there is no oil leak any idea what it could be?
