Scratches on inside of car windscreen

My boyfriend used a cloth to clear condensation on the windscreen of my car but the cloth must have had a tiny stone or something in its fibres, as there is now a corkscrew shaped scratch right in front of the driver's seat on the inside of the windscreen. It's quite large and the scratch doesn't seem too deep but I can detect it if I run my nail or finger over it. Please can someone suggest a way to get these out? I wasn't sure if it had to be done differently in any way becuase it's on the inside rather than the outside. Thanks for any help or advice.
