Hi. I have an 02 Zafira 1.6v basic manual. Does this engine type have an oil breather pipe or returned into the manifold?? Been having a few problems with oil loss. Apart from smoking exhaust when started from cold can see no other problems (leaks etc). Would like to check before looking at other avenues such as oil rings. If that is ithe problem could I try an additive or oil treatment? Thank you

Fully enclosed system.
Do a compression check on dry bores.
Then oil them up and compare.
