I have an 02 reg fiesta. Although running ok for about the last 6 months, it's had various problems since I've had it (since it was 8 months old), which have all been fixed under the warranty, eg, dodgy radio and ignition, leaking boot, etc. I have been offered an extended warranty by Hendy ford of 250 per year after mine runs out in March. Does anyone have experience of this type of thing and are they worth it? ps - apparently all problems that are logged during the warranty period that happen again after it's run out are fixed at no extra charge

My experience of extended warrenties is limited but I they seem to be like any other insurance, ie they'll use every trick in the book to get out of it. For example the car must be serviced, (and must have been up to the start of the warranty) on the button, any deviation they won't pay.  If the problems that are logged within the initial warranty are covered if they repeat, I'd stick with that.
