Pine sap

I've parked my car under a pine tree and several blobs of pine sap have landed on the roof. This has hardened into what seems to be a series of unremovable stains. Any suggestions appreciated.

Bloomin aful stuff innit. I've got a spot on the knee of my Levis and it will not come out. All I could suggest would be very hot water or one of those tar removal guns.

Try Viniger, No, not with chips but on it's own.

Methylated spirit will dissolve pine resin. Simply wet a cloth with it and rub gently.
