I can;t see KwikFit ever behaving. Many years ago I applied for the vacant post of KwiKFit manager in my home town. I was offered the job but I didn;t take it. The area manager who interviewed me told me that my one priority would be to keep the depot's weekly income increasing. If the week's income was the same as the previous week, or decreased, that would be seen as a reflection of my performance and KwikFit didn't want managers who couldn't increase income. The same applied to him of course. When I asked about providing a good service to the customer the reply was "Well of course, but the monthly income is all important".
Andyvon,
Now I know why KwikFit were not very happy when I asked them to check the rear silencer on an Astra i had some time ago, they told me I needed a new one so I said OK, they looked it up and the price had gone up from £30 to £70 so I said thats OK fit a new one as it is still under guarantee. You should have seen the look on the Managers face !.
They had to fit it though !
