Can anyone suggest an effective method to remove the stench of cigarettes from the interior of a vehicle?

I've heard about the deodourising 'fog' but no idea if this is available off the shelf.

Thanks

I've been professionally valeting cars for years, and the best method i've found is simply to clean the car thoroughly, then spray the upholstery (including roof lining) with Neutradol. Alternatively, visit your local pet store and ask for pet deodoriser/neutraliser, that works very well too. Oh, and if you have an AutoGlym stockist near you, their AutoFresh works pretty well too.
