i need yo know how to derestrict my hondansr125r 1993 import

between the carb and the inlet side of the cylinder block there is a plate. remove it and replace the carb. In the exhaust, assuming it has the standard pipe on it there is a washer type thing welded in to the down pipe. remove it.... you know have a fully derestricted 125...
