Squeaky Pipes

Not sure if this will help. Had a problem with the pipes making a loud noise, when flushing the toilet. Just changed w washer in the systene which is part of the water inlet section that is turned off by the ball float!! this resloved the problem. (before, at the begining of the problem if we turned on the cold tap, this was remove the noise for a while)

Are this is what i was trying to do, post a reply, only could not see how to do it, just found this site. Probably your item, if it was headed the same. Hope you get your problem sorted soon (mine only cost a few pence!)
