we recently hired a motorhome and when arrived to collect the vehicle , it was not as advertised on there website ?
The motorhome contents as described in the website we found out a few days into our holiday were not available to us. The outside chairs broken,no glasses, no cups etc. Everyday we found a problem or a water leak ?
On arriving back to return the vehicle , the hirer was not bothered ? Are we in our rights to complain?
Yes, but you should have checked the contents before you left the place, they could easily said that you had broken the chairs, there were cups in the van, how can you prove there was none? lesson learnt.
