selling my ststic caravan
4 Answers
I informed the site owner i wanted to sell my caravan and agreed 20% commission on sale, a buyer went to see him and he took her in to view our caravan without our permission and told her it would be 25% commission on the sale price. she agreed this but later asked us to drop our asking price.
we informed the site owner and told him we had already agreed the commission fee with him and that he should have spoken to us. he now says we cant not sell our caravan on site and if we sell it it would have to be removed. He now says hes c hanging the rules about older caravans but want give an age to us. only that we cant sell. we have had to turn down two buyers.

I hopw you don't take offence at that last statement but that's the way it is.
