Can someone give me some advice?

I'm about to buy the above car secondhand for 1300 but the seller say that "Very occasionally the car will start but not fast idle from cold.  As soon as it has run for 5 minutes it is fine (presumed faulty temperature sensor)." is this likely to be the case and is it expensive to repair if so? Thanks

I would be very cautious about buying any Lancia in the U.K. as spares are no longer supplied here being that Lancia withdrew thier franchise some years ago!  A faulty temperature sensor is a bit on the optomistic side, its more likely to be something like a faulty MAP sensor, idle speed control valve or even worse a faulty ECU which would be all main dealer parts, and quite expensive if you have to get them imported in.  You have been warned.  Sorry!
