I see you suggest having a pint of water in the morning, and later to drink 8 glasses of water (presumably per day). Was that 8 pint glasses then ?
Not sure I see the value of it. Water isn't going to stay in your stomach and fill you up for very long, is it?
As for advice I suppose do what suits you, but in my opinion go easy on the high calorie foods, try to have larger portions of the low calorie foods. Try not to go hungry, there's always veg soup. Don't throw in the towel if you have a higher-than-low-calorie day, or two, just start off again. Allow yourself to enjoy something as a treat *occassionally*. Oh, and ensure whatever eating habits you find useful are likely to be kept up without problem in the never-ending maintenence phase afterwards.
