well, if money were no object I would have a variety of cars. if I wanted something classy and sporty I'd choose a Maserati.

I'm an Alfa girl at heart :o)
You probably would get a better response on Pistonheads where all the enthusiasts hang out.
Seeking opinions 'after the fact' can seem remarkably like bragging, in certain circumstances.......
TVR's are too quirky .. and odd/weird inside for me .. which is why I bought a Skyline.

Well Trim, thought it was pretty genuine answers we'd get from here but a shame for folk like you inerrupting these posts. FYI we worked very very hard and very very long get our ideal car, but it would seem, and despite our reasoning in asking this patently innocent question; surely you'd be adult enough to offer answers to exactly what we asked, if not, don't bother. "smiley smiley" was not what we needed and YES thank god we never got that approach and thanks to all you genuine AB's who took time to answer sensibly we got a few decent replies.

Sara, we had a 3ltr GT too - very much an alpha girl too, although was a few years ago!

Quine after my own heart!!!
I offered genuine answer...lol

So did I.
Err, I think Trim did give his honest opinion. Others have also posted so it is not fair to single one user out.

I asked if you have had the engine rebuild issue sorted, which was ignored.

My personal view is whilst they go like Sugar off a shiny shovel, it is not an every day car. No traction control and with 300bhp through the wet they handle like a bag of knackers. It is regularly said driving a TVR is like driving a car with the grim reaper in the passenger seat. Nice looking car mind. Although personally I prefer an AC Cobra.

(My father had a TVR for a very short period of time before he got shot of it)
