I have a 2004 Ford KA 1.3 Style

The car has developed a slight misfire which you can hear on tickover and hesitate when accelerating.
I have changed the coil pack, plugs & leads and had the car serviced but is still the same. Nothing showing on the engine management system. Suggestions anyone please.

I would look at the MAP sensor first. I think these now have a sensor rather than a MAF sensor in inlet pipe.
Tried it on an MOT exhaust gas tester to check the CO is not far too weak? If it is, it is likely to be MAP or MAF sensor, or lambda sensor.
I assume you had no previous issue with coil pack.
