How do I get tyre marks off the bumper of my car. Would T-Cut take this off?

How do you get tyre marks on the bumper in the first place!

It might help if you mentioned what finish the bumper is, is it body coloured, black plastic? or a.n.other?

i was wondering that, sure you havnt got confused with tar ? (which neat petrol will remove)

Try rubbing with WD40.

I don't know if it will work, but apparently it's good for many jobs like this.

Yes, my first try would be WD40 on a cloth.
