just checked the oil in my 1999 Toyota yaris and decided it needed topping up a bit.

Unfortunately, in the dying daylight, i used screen wash instead.

However, it was only a very little splash which went in the oil filler hole.

Please tell me this should be ok...i have to pick my parents and daughter up from Gatwick at 7am in the morning !!!!

If not too much I doubt if it would cause a problem but advise changing the oil and flushing as soon as you can. As I say this is if it was only a small drop.
As screen wash is nearly all volatile, it should all evaporate when the engine is warm, any solid residues left will get caught in the filter. Engines usually survive coolant with antifreeze getting into the oil. Just take it easy for the first 5 miles or so and if you can manage without the motorway then so much the better.
Don't worry about it .. it'll evaporate out of the oil once it get hot.
I hope you didn't put oil in your screen wash bottle as well!

If it's any consolation it's happened to others too: http://www.pistonhead...ng/topic.asp?t=843537
as albags says, it will evaporate away soon enough, no problem.
Cars create their own water quite often if used for short journeys and it will soon go after a decent run.
